RT Auto Works Inc. is a family owned and operated shop. Raffi has experience working as an Automotive Technician since 2001. He is licensed and has clients that come from all over southern Ontario. His right hand man, Rammy, doubles as his apprentice as well as his second in command. The brothers come from humble beginnings and are not afraid of a hard day’s work. They are known for their high quality service, attention to detail, and for the cleanliness of their shop.

At RT Auto Works we believe in providing a quality service that sets us apart and above the rest. No skipping steps and no extra bolts at the end of a job. We will always take our time to explain the work we are doing on our clients’ vehicles, so they can understand the process and steps being taken, and feel comfortable with the work being done. Before and after pictures can be provided, and old parts are always shown to help clients visualize what work has taken place.
We provide lube, oil and filter changes for all cars and SUVs. All fluids and lights are checked, brakes are examined, tire pressures are adjusted, and a suspension check is also provided for your convenience. A reminder sticker is added after every oil change on the top left corner of your windshield to remind you of when your next oil change is due.
We provide extensive brake services including but not limited to: brake pads and rotor replacement, brake servicing, caliper service and replacement, master cylinder replacement, parking brake adjustments, brake fluid flushes, and diagnosis of any unusual brake related noises.
Engine components are thoroughly investigated, and computer diagnostics are used in conjunction with road tests, to identify engine issues. Visual inspections are used to check air filter, belts, spark plugs, ignition coils and any leaks.
We replace radiators, water pumps, thermostats, and coolant system sensors. Coolant system flushes can also be provided for more efficient engine cooling during everyday car use.
We diagnose any transmission related issues, as well as change the oil and filter for most cars and SUVs, allowing more efficient shifting and prolonging the life of your transmission.
We inspect, diagnose, and replace when necessary: ball joints, tie rods, control arms, shocks, struts, and springs. We perform all suspension system maintenance. Once repairs are complete we do a 2 wheel or 4 wheel alignment where necessary.
